Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Learniva platform and the services provided by Learniva s.r.o.

Effective: these terms take effect on the date of their publication.

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between Learniva s.r.o. (the "Provider") and the users of the Learniva platform (the "User").

By using the Learniva platform, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Subject of the service

Learniva provides an adaptive learning platform for mathematics that uses artificial intelligence to personalise teaching and generate exercises in line with the curriculum.

The services are intended for lower-secondary and secondary-school students, their parents, teachers and schools.

3. Registration and user account

Using some features of the platform may require registration and the creation of a user account.

The User is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information during registration and is responsible for securing their account.

4. Use of the service

The User undertakes to use the service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The User must not:

  • Misuse the service or disrupt its operation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system.
  • Distribute malicious software or spam.
  • Infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the platform, including software, texts, graphic elements and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

The User must not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the content of the platform without the Provider's prior written consent.

6. Liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver the service with professional care but is not liable for any interruptions of operation or technical problems.

The Provider is not liable for users' learning outcomes or for any damage arising in connection with use of the service.

7. Changes to the terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes through the platform or by e-mail.

By continuing to use the service after a change to the Terms, the User agrees to the new Terms.

8. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
